- 1 small bowl oatmeal + 1 banan
- 1 small bowl of curry + grilled kimchi
- 1 bowl of salted vegetables and tofu soup + a few pieces of tofu
- 1 scoop of Udders Orange Chocolate Bitters Icecream (again because icecream melts into liquid)

on a separate note, 've started on a one-week liquid diet in hopes of clearing my system a wee bit before taipei. today is day one.
